How do I book a package?
After pre-registering on our website, our team will contact you via phone or email to discuss your preferences. Once everything is clear, we'll send you an invoice with a payment link. Complete the payment to secure your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are available as follows: 30% refund if cancelled more than 60 days before the event, and no refund if cancelled less than 60 days before the event.

What are the payment options?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. All payments must be made in Euros (EUR), excluding VAT.
